Rapor Consultancy services was appointed by a private equity investment business to produce an investment viability report on a major UK modular building manufacturer.
This was a three-day root and branch review of the whole business, covering assessments on addressable market, sales and marketing capabilities, business operational processes, design and technical review, competitor analysis, competitiveness and financial viability, and management structure and capability. The output was a comprehensive dossier on the business that was submitted to the Investment Committee.

Rapor Consultancy services was appointed by Collinson plc which held the sole UK rights for Best Hall Fabric Structures, a major Finnish manufacturer. We were commissioned to prepared a detailed analysis of the fabric structures market in the UK. This included understanding the market size, competitors, cost comparisons with existing providers and traditional portal frame structures, Building Regulations compliance, and identification of new applications. As a follow-up piece of work Rapor was asked to prepare a sales and marketing plan for adoption by the new entrant.

Rapor Residential project managed the transformation of this beautiful home Glebe Place, London. Achieving this fantastic example of design and quality of detail would not have been possible without the courage and vision of the property’s owners. The interior of this Chelsea house was completely reconfigured to create a spectacular double height living space. The works also included the construction of a new basement occupying the entire footprint of the house and gardens. The house also benefits from a new roof terrace that is accessed by an automated roof-light.

Rapor Residential was appointed by a boutique residential developer who saw the potential in a large derelict house in Kensington. Following demolition, the works included the construction of a new double basement, and the complete rebuilding of the house to complement the style of the existing terrace, including the the installation of a frameless glass side and rear elevation that substantially increased the internal floor areas from the original 1246 sq ft to 3215 sq ft. The new house interior was completed to exacting design, workmanship and quality standards.

This former Edwardian warehouse lent itself perfectly to the change of use to living accommodation.
